1. General Information 

By proceeding with NODEMED, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a smooth experience for you and to clarify your responsibilities before and during your treatment.

2. Treatment Plans and Estimates

2.1 The treatment plan provided by the clinic is based on the information available at the time of consultation, including your oral photo or other relevant images and any initial information you provide.

2.2 The final treatment plan and cost estimate may change depending on the doctor’s evaluation during your consultation or upon further examination. Any changes in treatment or cost will be communicated and agreed with you in advance.

2.3 You understand that the estimate for the treatment is an approximation and the final cost may vary based on the actual procedures performed.

3. Online Consultation

3.1 A  20 minute online consultation is offered for free before scheduling your treatment. During this consultation, the doctor will review your medical history, discuss the proposed treatment, and answer any questions you have.

3.2 The online consultation is an opportunity to clarify any concerns and receive detailed information about the treatment plan.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 20% deposit of your full payment is required to confirm your appointment and secure your booking.

4.2 50% of the remaining payment must be made before the start of the treatment or as per the terms agreed with the clinic.

4.3 The remaining balance is due after you undergo and finalize your treatment in the clinic.

4.4 A full itemized receipt will be provided by NODEMED in advance detailing all the expenses, including flights if applicable, accommodation, procedures, and any additional services.

5. Travel and Accommodation Arrangements

5.1 NODEMED can assist you in purchasing the flight for your treatment. However, you are also welcome to organize your own travel. Once you provide us with your planned dates, NODEMED will take care of the rest, including hotel bookings, airport transfers and local transportation arrangements.

5.2 Travel insurance is recommended but not obligatory, and it is your responsibility to arrange it.

6. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas (if required), and any health-related documents (e.g., vaccination certificates) necessary for entry into the country of treatment.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

7.1 If you wish to cancel your treatment appointment after paid the 25% deposit you will lose your deposit.

7.2 If you want to reschedule your treatment you will need to give notice at least 2 weeks before your scheduled day.

7.3 NODEMED and the clinic reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as health-related issues, emergencies, or travel restrictions.

7.3  If the treatment is cancelled or rescheduled by the clinic, you will be informed promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made where as soon as possible agreed with both parties.

8. Post-Treatment Care and Follow-Up

NODEMED will facilitate a free online video call (up to 20 minutes) with your principal doctor, one week after your procedure is finalized, to discuss how you’re feeling, address any concerns, and review your recovery progress.

9. Medical and Health Considerations

9.1 You must inform NODEMED and the clinic of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are currently taking before traveling for the treatment.

9.2 The clinic may refuse to perform any treatment if it is deemed unsafe for you based on the information provided during the consultation.

10. Liability

10.1 NODEMED acts as an intermediary to connect you with clinics and coordinate travel arrangements.

10.2 You agree that NODEMED is not liable for any medical complications, cancellations, delays, or travel disruptions that may occur during your treatment journey.

10.3 By proceeding with your treatment, you acknowledge and agree to release NODEMED from any claims or liabilities associated with the treatment process.

11. Consent

11.1 By proceeding with the treatment process, you consent to the use of your personal data for the purpose of coordinating treatment, travel, and communication related to your care. We respect your privacy and comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) standards.

11.2 Your personal data will only be shared with the clinic and any other necessary parties involved in your treatment or travel arrangements.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

NODEMED reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be informed of any changes before they apply to your treatment or travel arrangements.
